In addition they needed to consider what equipment was available. Example Two A mentor in a school is concerned about a new teachers performance and needs to communicate this to them. The mentor needs to consider the desired outcome of the communication which in this case is to point out areas needed for development but also to encourage the new teacher so as not to demoralise but instead boost their morale.
